Unificación de las acciones de "Reclamar" y "Rechazar resolución"
Se unifican estas acciones y el proceso de rechazar resoluciones será absorbido por la funcionalidad de generar reclamaciones.

Todo el uso del método de creación de actividades v1.2 deberá reconducirse por la versión v1.1. Para lograr el mismo resultado, se deberá enviar el tipo de reclamación 400005, que corresponde a "Mi solicitud no ha finalizado correctamente".
