es la aplicación utilizada para planificar y controlar la operación del servicio ofrecido por el Centro de Servicios al Usuario. |
Permite tanto a los Gestores del CSU como de la STICDGSIC, hacer un seguimiento del servicio a través de indicadores e información de detalle. Actualmente, se compone de tres módulos: el Panel de estado de Centralita de CSU, el Historial de Ayuda Digital (HAD) y el Cuadro de control del CSU.
